Mid 19th century carved oak pedestal partners desk by Gillows of Lancaster. All locks stamped Bramah of Piccadily Street, London. The desk required extensive restoration to all its carcasing, mouldings and carvings missing to drawer fronts. Keys were made for all locks. The desk top was re-leathered and stained to the original colour. The polish was cleaned and beeswaxed.
